Here Safely!
Just a quick note to let all of you know that we reached India safely and arrived in Cochin about 4:30 P.M. local time. One of the last legs of our trip from Frankfurt to Delhi went well and the flight attendants were so helpful in getting us on and off the airplane with two very tired kids. Probably the most difficult part of the trip for us so far has been the 12 hour layover in Delhi before we were able to take our last flight to Cochin, India earlier this afternoon. By the grace of God, both Karuna and Luke were able to sleep for several hours on each of the flights and although they are both completely exhausted they seemed to have survived it well. We're hoping for a good night of rest so that we'll be able to get over jet lag quickly. We also wanted to praise God and thank you for the prayers on our behalf for travel mercies and no problems with customs in Delhi...the customs officials were so helpful and did not give us any difficulty with all the supplies we had brought for the hospital! We'll write more after we get some sleep and can think more coherently. Thanks again for your continued prayers for us.
